What is measured, what stays off the record, and where your data lives.
What does it track?
Visitors, pageviews, pages, referrers, countries, devices, browsers, UTM campaigns, events and sessions: the data you need to see where traffic comes from and what it does.
Does it use cookies?
No. Tracking is cookieless, so there is no cookie banner to add and no cross-site profile of your visitors. You add one script tag.
Can I see visitor IP addresses?
Yes, on Starter and above. Each session can show the visitor's IP address, and you can switch IP logging off for any website in its settings.
Where is my data stored, and who owns it?
Your data belongs to you. It is stored on our servers and is never sold or shared. You can export reports as CSV.
Plans and Billing

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is free forever: one website and 100,000 events a month. No card is needed.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Your data is kept. On Free, tracking pauses at the monthly event limit until you upgrade. On paid plans you can turn on extra events at a small per-10,000 price, with a monthly cap you set.
How do I pay, and is GST added?
Plans are billed in rupees through Razorpay. Prices on this site exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Yearly billing is two months cheaper.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To switch to another plan, let the current paid period end first.

Who can open the dashboard, and what they are allowed to do.
Can my team see the reports?
On Pro (5 people) and Business (10 people) you can invite teammates by email, to all your websites or only some. They can be Viewers (read only) or Admins.
